Coaching

Coaching tailored to you, clarity, confidence, and meaningful change

Coaching offers a supportive, forward-focused space to help you gain clarity, strengthen confidence, and move towards sustainable change.

My coaching work is highly individualised and shaped around you, your goals, your values, and your current circumstances.

Just as with my therapeutic work, coaching is never “one size fits all”. Each session is carefully tailored, drawing on your strengths and focusing on what will be most helpful for you at this stage.

A Personalised Approach

I work in a thoughtful, collaborative, and responsive way. Coaching sessions are shaped around what you bring, rather than following a rigid structure or formula.

Clients often describe my approach as:

  • calm and grounding
  • thoughtful and reflective
  • supportive without being overwhelming
  • structured, yet flexible

This allows coaching to feel containing and purposeful, while still moving at a pace that feels manageable.

Coaching and therapy – understanding the difference

People often wonder whether coaching or therapy is the right fit. While there can be some overlap, the focus is different.

Coaching

  • Present and future-focused
  • Goal-oriented and action-based
  • Supports clarity, motivation, confidence, and decision-making
  • Encourages accountability and forward movement

Therapy

  • Focuses on emotional wellbeing and psychological difficulties
  • Explores patterns, experiences, and emotional responses
  • Supports healing, understanding, and longer-term change

If you’re unsure which approach would suit you best, this can be explored together during an initial conversation.

Areas coaching can support

Coaching may be helpful if you are experiencing:

  • Ongoing stress or overwhelm
  • Burnout or emotional exhaustion
  • Low confidence or self-doubt
  • Difficulty setting boundaries
  • Overthinking or mental fatigue
  • Loss of direction or motivation
  • Challenges with work–life balance
  • Navigating change or life transitions

My coaching work integrates life coaching, wellbeing coaching, mindset coaching, stress-management support, confidence coaching, burnout recovery, goal-focused coaching, and supportive accountability, always tailored to the individual.

What clients often value

Feedback across my work consistently highlights feeling:

  • listened to and understood
  • supported in a non-judgemental way
  • guided gently rather than pushed
  • able to reflect and gain clarity
  • more confident in decision-making
  • calmer and more grounded over time

Coaching provides space to reflect, refocus, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.

What to expect from coaching

Clients often notice:

  • increased clarity and direction
  • improved confidence and self-belief
  • greater focus and consistency
  • stronger boundaries
  • renewed motivation and energy
  • practical strategies that feel achievable
  • a sense of being supported and contained

Progress is reviewed regularly, and sessions remain flexible to your needs.

How coaching works

Sessions are collaborative and individually tailored

  • Available online (and in person where applicable)
  • Focus on clear goals and practical steps
  • Space for reflection alongside action
  • Offered as single sessions or short packages (for example, 4 or 6 sessions)

Coaching is paced carefully and shaped around what feels most helpful for you.
